Justine Cawley

Justine Cawley has significant leadership experience working in large, complex public sector organisations, including health, further and higher education, and central and regional government. She has particular expertise in driving national policy and programmes developed across health and social care, including developing a new career pathway for carers.

Politically astute and connected, Justine has worked comfortably alongside national quality newspapers, Ministers of State, and senior civil servants, and has driven partnerships and teams to win multi-million pound funding from National and European institutions.

Justine has researched, authored and taught at University up to Masters level in several UK universities.

Previous key themes Justine has worked on include business development, strategic planning, partnership work, higher education, research, creating course materials, economic regeneration, workforce development, and role design. She has particular expertise in evaluating the social return on investments, driving innovation, and programme and project management. 
She has specialist expertise in writing bids and managing multi-million pound programmes for National and European funding, in particular for public health, mental health, social care and community development.
